COVID SAFETY

At Cove26, we take set safety seriously and follow the guidelines of the CDC as well as the ordinances of California to ensure the safety of our employees and clients. We are conscious of health risks and do our part to minimize risk through precautions to create a safe work environment.

Cove26 Provides:

  • Sanitation of surfaces prior to production

  • Sanitized rental equipment

  • Sanitized rental digital tech stations

  • Hand sanitizer with each digital tech station rental

  • Hand soap and single use hand towels at all sinks

Cove26 Requests:

  • Maximum Occupancy for 2400 ft² Studio: 8 people

  • Maximum Occupancy for 3800 ft² Studio: 12 people

  • Stagger call times and meal times to avoid crowding

  • Provide a Health and Safety Covid Compliance Officer to oversee production safety, mask wearing, disinfecting etc.

  • All state, city and county Covid-19 rules and regulations must
    be followed

  • Everyone on set needs to be 6 feet apart at all times

  • Continually disinfect surfaces and equipment regularly

  • Provide PPE for everyone on set

  • Provide hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes for everyone on set

  • Wear appropriate face coverings over nose and mouth at all times except when eating and drinking

  • Provide individually packaged lunches with disposable utensils

  • Wash hands and use hand sanitizer frequently

  • Wash hands for 20 seconds before and after eating lunch

  • Designate specific areas for crew such as wardrobe, digital tech station etc.
